Long Strider – 10 four count (Twice)
Jump Thrusts – 10 yds (Three Times)
Bear Crawl – 10 yards (Twice)
Squat Drops – 10 four counts (Twice)
SlayTime
10 mins of jogging at 65-75% speed – Distance doesn’t matter. What matters is that as soon as you’re done, you go right into the next workout.
Power Jumps – Try to make it as far as you can every jump for 10 yds (Ten Times)
Star Jump Burpees – 10 four count Burpees with a Star Jumper at the top (Three Times)
Close Grip Push-ups – 10 reps (Ten Times)
Full Extension Bicycle Crunch – 10 reps (Five Times)
Pull-Ups – Max Set (Ten Times)
